naturopathic medicine
Naturopathic medicine is a supportive approach to health care that blends natural forms of medicine with the most up-to-date scientific knowledge
What is Naturopathic Medicine?
The primary goal is to identify and treat the underlying cause(s) of disease and customize treatments for sustainable results.
Naturopathic Doctors look at the whole picture, looking not only at your medical history and current symptoms, but at things like stress, diet, sleep, lifestyle habits, and mood. Through a more whole-person approach, naturopathic medicine is able to provide comprehensive care not only helping you feel better now but acting to prevent disease and illness later.
Naturopathic medicine acts to support you safely and without judgment, so you can feel confident and comfortable in your body again.
Who Benefits?
Naturopathic treatment can benefit anyone in any stage of life. Naturopathic medicine can help you with anything from mental health, to hormones, to cancer, to digestion, and more. For a complete list of conditions commonly treated at our clinic, please check below.

what to expect
Complimentary consults are available to ensure you feel as comfortable as possible before moving forward with treatment. It allows you to meet with the naturopathic doctor of your choosing to ensure you are a good fit, and that their style of practice resonates with you. During the 15 minutes we encourage you to ask any and all questions you may have, so you completely understand our process and approach to care before booking an initial appointment. Assessments and treatments are not provided during these visits.
Your First Appointment
The primary focus of your first visit is to gather information for an accurate diagnosis and development of your custom treatment plan. We go over your entire medical history, social history, review of systems, your current health concerns, and your future health goals. This visit is very detailed and is typically 1-1.5 hours in length. At the end of the visit, you will receive a customized treatment plan to get started on, and you will have a better idea of future directions and number of visits required.
what do i bring?
We ask that prior to your first appointment, you take the time to complete our initial intake forms. We also ask that any recent blood work, imaging, or testing be sent to us in advance of your visit in order to more efficiently use our time together.
Follow Up Appointments
Follow-up appointments are shorter in length, and are used to provide ongoing treatment. They also allow us to monitor your progress and modify your treatment plan as needed. Depending on the level of support you’re interested in, the first follow-up visit may be booked anywhere from 1-4 weeks after your initial visit, and subsequent follow-up visits will be booked further apart. As you continue with care, follow-ups are not required as frequently and bi-annual check ins are preferred.
If you have not seen us as a patient in 1-2 years, we will book you a 1 hour follow up appointment to allow us the time needed to get caught up on how you have been since your last visit.
