About Laura

Since becoming a Registered Holistic Nutritionist, I have been drawn to helping people find practical, sustainable ways to improve their health through food and lifestyle change.


Registered Holistic Nutritionists (RHN)

I have been in clinical practice for over five years, helping individuals use nutrition and daily habits to support metabolic health, hormone balance, digestion, and sustainable weight loss. My areas of focus include perimenopause and menopause nutrition, blood sugar balance, digestive health, and simplifying healthy eating so it feels manageable and realistic.

Through my work, I developed a particular focus on supporting those navigating perimenopause and menopause, where shifting hormones can change appetite, weight patterns, energy, and sleep. This has become a central part of my practice and informs how I tailor nutrition and lifestyle guidance for this stage of life.

In my practice, I take a collaborative and education-focused approach. I spend time helping people understand how nutrition, daily routines, sleep, stress, and movement all connect to how they feel. My goal is to move away from rigid rules and toward balanced, sustainable ways of eating that fit real life.

I believe strongly in giving people the tools and understanding they need to take an active role in their health. When food feels less confusing and habits feel achievable, change becomes easier to maintain.
