About Dr. Stein
I’ve always been fascinated by the adaptability of the human body and the variables that shape an individual’s health trajectory.
Naturopathic Doctor
From an early age, I wanted to learn not only about what happens in the body, but also about how to support it through life’s transitions. My curiosity evolved into an appreciation that health is shaped by the ongoing interplay between biology, lifestyle, and environment—and that considering all three is crucial for preserving long-term health.
Watching loved ones navigate illness has made me acutely aware of how quickly the body can be disrupted, and why understanding how it responds to stress, illness, and treatment is essential for taking a proactive role in one’s wellbeing.
My experiences, combined with my lifelong interest in medicine and passion for nutrition, fitness, and mental health, led me to naturopathic medicine—a discipline that views the body as an interconnected system, and that aligns with my belief in providing care that is patient-centered and holistic.
My clinical focus is on women’s health and hormones, particularly supporting patients through perimenopause and menopause. I view this transition as a critical inflection point and opportunity to positively influence quality of life, long-term health, and self-perception. I also have a strong interest in metabolic syndrome, cardiovascular health, weight management, and integrative cancer support.
Beyond these areas, I work with patients seeking health optimization and preventative strategies at any age. My practice integrates knowledge of genetics, science, and lifestyle medicine with objective biomarkers, standardized assessments, and targeted natural therapies to support individualized care.
I continue to pursue additional training and certifications to ensure my patients receive the highest quality care. My goal is to provide evidence-informed guidance while empowering patients to take an active role in their health management.
