About Dr. kulchyk

With the right support, perimenopause & menopause can be a powerful opportunity to build strength, reduce long-term health risks, and feel more like yourself again

Naturopathic Doctor

Hormonal transitions like perimenopause and menopause can bring a wide range of symptoms, some expected, and many surprising. I’m Dr. Olivia Kulchyk, a Naturopathic Doctor with a clinical focus on women’s health, and I work with women in their 40s, 50s, and beyond who want to understand their changing bodies and feel supported in the process.

Many of the women I work with come in feeling dismissed or confused about what’s happening, whether it’s disrupted sleep, low mood, hot flashes, fatigue, brain fog, weight changes, or a shift in how they feel in their own skin. My goal is to bring clarity and calm to what can often feel like a chaotic time.

Using an evidence-based, whole-body approach, I focus on the key areas that impact hormonal health: nutrition, metabolism, stress, sleep, movement, and when appropriate, hormone therapy. I also provide thorough lab assessments to better understand your physiology and guide our treatment plan. Every woman’s experience of this transition is different, and your care should reflect that.

Menopause isn’t something to get through nor suffer through—it’s a time to recalibrate and reconnect with your health. With the right support, it can be a powerful opportunity to build strength, reduce long-term health risks, and feel more like yourself again.

At Clara Clinic, I offer individualized care, up-to-date clinical guidance, and a space where your concerns are heard. If you’re ready to take a proactive approach to your health, I invite you to reach out or book a complimentary meet-and-greet to learn more.
