About Dr. Clinning
I know what it feels like to be the patient, navigating a diagnosis that feels overwhelming, with more questions than answers. That experience is at the heart of how I practice.
Naturopathic Doctor
My practice was built around a simple observation: too many women leave appointments with unanswered questions and incomplete plans when it comes to their hormonal health — and I've been there myself.
I am passionate about supporting women through some of the most complex and often under-addressed chapters of their hormonal health; perimenopause, menopause, primary ovarian insufficiency (POI), and fertility. What makes my approach unique is that my clinical focus is also deeply personal. I was diagnosed with POI while navigating my own fertility journey and suddenly I found myself on the other side of the experience. I know what it feels like to face a diagnosis that is overwhelming, with more questions than answers, and not enough time in an appointment to ask them all. I experienced firsthand the gaps that can exist in hormonal health care — limited appointment time, lab work that doesn't go far enough, insufficient guidance on nutrition and supplementation, and the disorienting feeling of not having the full picture. That experience shaped the way I practice; with patience, thoroughness, and a genuine commitment to making sure my patients leave with clarity and a realistic plan.
I use comprehensive lab testing as the foundation of my practice, combined with diet and lifestyle medicine, evidence-based supplementation, and bioidentical hormone therapy where appropriate. I believe that comprehensive, evidence-based care grounded in detailed lab work and individualized treatment leads to better outcomes and a clearer path forward. I am committed to ongoing education to ensure my patients are receiving care that reflects the most current evidence available. My door is open to anyone who feels they could benefit from more thorough, individualized support.
